Photographers, painters, and artisans are invited to exhibit in the Pauline Reeves Gallery at the front of the Museum.  The Friends host an Open House to "Meet the Artist" during the month of the exhibit.

WALKING TOURS

A guided one-hour tour highlighting historic buildings around the streets near the Museum usually takes place before Artists' Receptions and during Art-in-the-Glades. To schedule a private tour, contact 695-2397.

The Friends had a winning float featuring Deaconess Bedell in the Independence Day parade in 2005. They also collected prizes in 2007 and 2008!

The Friends celebrate the Museum Birthday at the end of April with hotdogs and cake for the community.

Painter Varick Niles talks to visitors at the Artist's Reception held for her in November, 2006, in the Pauline Reeves Gallery.

A Guided Walking Tour of Historic Buildings, near the old Boat Lift on the river, is led by
